We don't build profiles of you. We don't run behavioural
analytics, advertising trackers or tracking networks.

✗ WHAT WE DON'T DO
  • No advertising or behavioural analytics
  • No tracking profiles across MansionNET
  • No intentional search-history logging
  • No logging of ordinary IRC channel or private-message content
  • No selling personal data
  • No third-party advertising networks

✓ WHAT WE DO
  • Store account and content data when a service requires it
  • Keep limited operational/security records where necessary
  • Automatically rotate most privacy-relevant technical logs
  • Use finite backup retention for public community services
  • Self-host the core MansionNET services

⌛ RETENTION
  • Search / IRC operational logs: typically 7 days
  • Most service-host journals: 14 days
  • Forum moderation/admin history: approximately 90 days
  • Forgejo Actions logs/artifacts: 30 days
  • Public-service backups: 30 daily restore points
  • Longer deliberate service history is documented in the policy

✓ SERVICE-SPECIFIC
  • SearXNG: queries aren't retained in MansionNET logs
  • IRC: ordinary channel and private-message content is not logged
    by MansionNET
  • Forum: public visitor IPs aren't attached to phpBB content
  • Webchat: no accounts, history or uploads
  • ASCII Generator: image processing stays in your browser
  • UploadHost: files expire after 1–24 hours; registered uploader
    accountability is retained separately

↗ EXTERNAL SERVICES
  • Search requests go to selected upstream search engines
  • Some transactional email uses an external mail provider
  • Bot/API features contact the provider you deliberately invoke
  • No external provider is used for advertising or tracking

✓ TRANSPARENCY
  • Core community services are self-hosted
  • Operator based in Serbia
  • Retention periods are technically enforced and reviewed
